Lessee (resident) shall present a VALID EMIRATES ID & a VALID Driver's License.
Lessee (Visitor) shall present a VALID PASSPORT & VISA (in case of not obtained on arrival) & a VALID INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Security Deposit to be paid for each contract and is guaranteed to be refunded to LESSEE after 15 Days of closing the contract.
Rent amount to be paid upfront of receiving the vehicle.
Methods of Payments: (CASH, BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARDS, PAYMENT LINKS, PRE-AUTHORIZE).
FLEXI RENT A CAR bears all Credit Card & Bank Fees related to RECEIVING PAYMENTS from LESSEE (Rental & Services).
Extra Milage (exceeding limits shown in the contract) is chargeable with 50 fills / KM.
Returning the vehicle later than the time been received is chargeable: (1 Hour = 25% of Daily Rate), (2 Hours = 35% of Daily Rate), (3 Hours = 50% of Daily Rate). Over that is -automatically- calculated as a FULL DAY RATE).
Vehicles are not to be taken outside the territorial borders of United Arab Emirates.
All Vehicles are insured according to the Laws of the United Arab Emirates (Comprehensive Insurance + Liability Excess).
In case of an accident, LESSEE shall inform the POLICE & FLEXI RENT A CAR and is not permitted to FIX the vehicle by self.
In case of an accident, LESSEE shall bear NO fees in case of being a VICTIM. Otherwise, the (LESSEE) is responsible about the Excess as per the Policy of Insurance, while LESSEE bears no fees for the duration of the vehicle under maintenance (except of reckless violations like "Driving while drunk, crossing Red Traffic Light .... Etc.)
Receiving and returning vehicles is at FLEXI RENT A CAR office location ONLY. (NO AIRPORT DELIVERY).
A Drop-Off (to) the Airport is chargeable (if agreed in advanced): (Abu Dhabi Airport = 75 AED), (Dubai Airport = 250 AED).
In case of returning the vehicle with less fuel than being received, an estimation of the price of the less Fuel will be added to invoice.
If the LESSEE returns the vehicle with MORE fuel than being received, an estimation of the fuel price will be refunded to the LESSEE.
All vehicles are monitored 24/7 by GPS Tracking Devices & Equipped with Remote Switch-Off in case of the need.
SMOKING is not allowed in our vehicles, and a fee of (50 AED - 300 AED) will be charged to clean & purify the vehicle as per its condition when returned.
All Services provided by FLEXI RENT A CAR is subject to (5%) VALUE ADDED TAX as per UAE Laws.
